Clarence Sauteron

Clarence SAUTERON has been a lawyer since 1995. She has a post-graduate diploma in private law from the University of Paris X Nanterre. She worked for 15 years at the law firm Suzanne MAWAS-LE DAIN before founding the ASB Avocats law firm.

She works essentially in the field of labour law and medical law, on an advisory basis and in litigation, in particular in the health sector and the medico-social sector.

In terms of labour law, she has developed in-depth knowledge of human resource issues within health insurance organisations, private healthcare establishments, medico-social establishments and retirement homes, which she has been advising and defending for many years.

She also assists and accompanies young companies and subsidiaries of foreign companies in their organisation and their individual and collective working relationships (employment contracts, internal rules, setting in place representative institutions, ….).

In terms of medical law, she handles questions linked to contractual relations between healthcare professionals, operating authorisations, mergers and partnerships between healthcare establishments, action for indemnification brought before administrative, civil and criminal courts.

Clarence SAUTERON runs training courses for professionals and institutions on aspects of medical law.
